Resumen The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Hunting Law of 17 January 2007. Article 1 establishes that the conservation of forests, particularly its natural regeneration with native, locally adapted tree species shall be guaranteed. The necessary measures to achieve these objectives are based on a common planning policy by the competent authority responsible for forest and hunting.
