Résumé This Notification sets forth the rules and criteria for the usage of food colours and determines the rules of labelling of food colours. It also specifies food products that should not involve colorants. The Notification further determines the rules and procedures of sampling and analysis. This Notification is prepared in accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive No. 94/36/ECE on colours for use in foodstuffs.
