Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

The provisions of the present Decree set forth specifications for cellulose films intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and establishes a list of authorised substances together with restrictions on their use. The Decree covers regenerated cellulose films uncoated or coated with coatings manufactured only with substances listed in Table I and II. The manufacture and importation of regenerated cellulose film which is intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and which does not comply with the provisions of this Directive shall be prohibited as from 29 January 2006.
