Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

The Decree aims at the harmonization of the Greek legislative frame with Commission Directives 1999/45/EC and 2001/60/EC relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations and to the approximation of specific provisions for certain preparations which may present hazards, whether or not they are classified as dangerous within the meaning of this Decree, when such preparations are placed on the Greek market. The General Chemical State Laboratory shall be the competent authority for the implementation of rules and procedures set out in this Decree.
