Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette. Its provisions shall be enacted in such a way that use and placing on the market of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs complying with the provisions of this Decree is allowed starting from 19 November 2006. As from 19 November 2007 placing on the market of such products not complying with the provisions of the Decree, shall be prohibited.
Résumé

Pursuant to Commission Directive 2005/79/EC amending Directive 2002/72/EC relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, this Decree amends Annexes 2, 3, 5 and 6 to article 11 of the Food Code as regards additives for plastic materials.
