In particular, the Act lays down provisions relating to payments to first nations as compensation for flooding on lands. Furthermore, the Act deals with the establishment of reserves on behalf of first nations. The text consists of 13 sections divided into 2 Parts as follows: Norway House Cree nation flooded land (1); Reserve establishment (2).
