Résumé The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the reduction of royalties for wells with a low productivity rate. A “low productivity well” is an oil well or oil sands well that does not produce more than 121 m3 of crude oil or oil sands. The Minister may, on application, determine the eligibility of a royalty deduction. The text consists of 10 sections.
