For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 June 2014.
Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the reduction of royalties for wells with a low productivity rate. A “low productivity well” is an oil well or oil sands well that does not produce more than 121 m3 of crude oil or oil sands. The Minister may, on application, determine the eligibility of a royalty deduction. The text consists of 10 sections.
