Résumé

This Regulation consists of V Parts. Part I lays down the general provisions. Part II establishes the main requirements for the determination of the boundaries of the geological site. Part III determines the contents of the documentation for the allotment of the geological site or the grounds for the delimitation of the boundaries of the geological site. Part IV establishes the modalities of the determination of the specified boundaries of the geological site. Part V establishes the liability for the observance and control over the requirements laid down by this Regulation. The document contains 3 Annexes.
