Among the activities listed in the Annex there are town-planning and construction works, water works, works and constructions regarding energy production and supply, use of agricultural land, forestry works and use of forests, mining industry, telecommunication, construction or abolition of roads, railways and airports, and any activity subject to environmental impact assessment.
