Resumen

The territorially competent national park authority shall act as landscape protection technical authority in authorization proceedings of activities listed in the Annex to this Decree, and affecting special landscape resource, natural area and protected area of national importance in the outskirts of settlements, as well as in urban lands. Among the activities listed in the Annex there are town-planning and construction works, water works, works and constructions regarding energy production and supply, use of agricultural land, forestry works and use of forests, mining industry, telecommunication, construction or abolition of roads, railways and airports, and any activity subject to environmental impact assessment.
