Résumé This law may be cited as the Food (Control and Sale) (Amendment) (Νο. 2) Law of 2002 and shall be read as one with the Food (Control and Sale) Laws of 1996 up to 2002 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read in conjunction and will be referred to as the Food (Control and Sale) Laws 1996-2002 (Νο. 2). The Law provides for certain amendments to the principal law, more specifically: the law inserts new definitions to article 2 and brings forth minor wording amendments to the same article. Also, a new section (2) is added; wording amendments are also brought forth for article 14 which establishes the powers of controlling officers; article 14A is added specifying the powers of Veterinary Services.
