They also contain provisions relating to the use of automated classification techniques, the communication of classification results and market price reporting. Classification shall be done in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1182, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1184 and Article 10 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The owner or person in charge of an establishment to which these Regulations apply shall mark a carcase in accordance with Article 8 of the Commission Delegated Regulation. ) The owner or person in charge of an establishment to which these Regulations apply shall classify a carcase using a method that is in accordance with Article 9 of the Commission Delegated Regulation. The Regulations also concern seizure and detention for non-compliance with a compliance notice.
