Résumé The present Ordinance implements the Energy Control Act 2010 and the Energy Intervention Power Act 2012. In particular, the Ordinance by the Executive Board of E-Control concerns the reporting of data for the preparation of steering measures to ensure the supply of electricity and implementation of a monitoring of supply security in the natural gas sector.
