The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2017.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Energy Control Act 2010 and the Energy Intervention Power Act 2012. In particular, the Ordinance by the Executive Board of E-Control concerns the reporting of data for the preparation of steering measures to ensure the supply of electricity and implementation of a monitoring of supply security in the natural gas sector. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Current and historical data (2); Previews (3); Arrangements for the crisis (4); Information obligation in the event of congestion (5); Extended data reporting (6); Exercises (7); Data transmission (8); Entry into force (9).
