It requires a licence for the manufacture or purchase of such meat and bone meal. Provision is also made for the appointment of authorized officers to enforce the Orders and such officers and other enforcement officers, as well as inspectors within the meaning of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 are given additional powers for this purpose.
