It applies to animals of the bovine, ovine, caprine or porcine species or other biungulate. Article 3 places restrictions on export of animals from State the County Louth or movement of animals through the County Louth to other areas of the State. Article 4 concerns the export of fresh or frozen meat from the county of Louth. Other restrictions concern exportation of meat products, milk, semen, hides, skins and other animal products.
