This Order provides for certain controls on the import of animal products (any thing totally or in part derived from an animal, whether cooked or uncooked, processed or unprocessed and regulates “groupage” and similar practices in so far as they relate to animal products. A person shall not bring an animal product into the State, or cause or permit an animal product to be brought into the State, or move or possess an animal product unless conditions set out in articles 2 to 7 are fulfilled.
