According to section 5 there shall be inspections of fishing boats before they leave sea ports, as well as on-land inspections in order to detect violations to the provisions of the Directive. The Ministry of Aquatic Resources shall have to oversee the implementation of this Directive and periodically report on the results of the implementation to the Prime Minister.
