However, it allows a total catch by Norwegian vessels of 159 tons in the Skagerrak and 4.538 tons in the North Sea of which part may be caught by vessels with conventional gear and part by trawl vessels. Single vessels of this group may fish specified quotas. Remaining provisions concern powers of the Director of Fisheries, including the power to stop fishing and to cancel group quotas, and penalties.
