Bycatch of mentioned fish species shall be included in the quota. Bycatch of mackerel in herring fishing shall be limited to 10 percent. The Director of Fisheries may issue directions regarding reporting. Offences shall be punished pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of Act No. 91 of 1976. Assistance in fishing or attempt to fish shall be regarded as fishing.
