First entry into force on 12 February 2010. The last consolidated version entered into force on 5 August 2015.

Résumé

This Decree sets out the criteria of forestry planning. Annex 1 lists forestry management districts. District forestry management plans shall be finaliyed until 31 December 2020. Annex 2 shows the scheduling of the planning process. Annex 3 determines the mandatory content of the forestry management planning regulation. This Decree, besides general rules of district forestry planning, provides rules concerning forest surveying, impact assessment of forestry activites on Natura 2000 areas, publicity during the planning process and liaisoning with local people. Approved district forestry plans shall be registered in the National Forest Database.
