This Decree has entered into force on 13 November 2002.
Résumé

The present Decree fixes maximum residue levels for active substances of phytosanitary products which are allowed in and on: (1) the products of plant origin listed out in Annex 1, part A of Decree of the Ministry of Health of 19 May 2000; (2) the cereals referred to in Annex 1, part B of Decree of the Ministry of Health of 19 May 2000; (3) other plant products, as per Annex 1, part C of Decree of the Ministry of Health of 19 May 2000; (4) the products of animal origin referred to in Annex 1, part D of Decree of the Ministry of Health of 19 May 2000. Such maximum residue limits (MRL) are established in the Annexes hereby attached. Annex 1 fixes the MRL for certain products destined to human consumption (such as fruit, peas, potatoes, tea, cereals, soya, etc.). Annex 2 lists out MRL for products of animal origin (milk, eggs, meat). Lastly, Annex 3 establishes safety intervals, which define the minimum period between the last treatment and harvesting of products such as peas, soya, rice, corn.
