This Decree enters into force on 1 September 2013.

Résumé

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on the implementation of veterinary and sanitary requirements for certain food processing activities relating to animal products in accordance with Directive 98/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations. In particular the present Decree establishes requirements for food enterprises supplying wild game meat and products from wild game meat (supplemented art. 14a and art. 14b).
