The Order also specifies the maximum numbers of commercial licences which may be issued by Regional Boards. The Order applies to the area as defined in article 3 and shall apply in respect of all fishing licences for any kind of fishing engine for the taking of salmon, except for fishing licences in respect of a rod and line. The Order also indicates the priority of the granting of licences, i.e. establishes an order of priority among applicants.
