Résumé

This Regulation supplements Directive (EU) 2018/2001 by setting out the criteria for determining the high ILUC-risk feedstock for which a significant expansion of the production area into land with high carbon stock is observed, and for certifying low ILUC-risk biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels. Biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels may only be certified as low indirect land-use change-risk fuels if the additionality measures established in this Regulation are complied with.
