These Regulations amend Regulation 12 of the principal Regulations regarding the the conditions of permit for the landing in Barbados of any horse shipped from United Kingdom or a territory of CARICOM without the prescribed certificate. Furthermore, these Regulations replace the Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules of the Principal Regulations by the text in the Schedule to these Regulations.
