Abstract

These Regulations amend the definition of “prescribed certificate” and insert the definitions of “CARICOM Member States” and “Member States of the European Union” to Regulation 2 of the principal Regulations. These Regulations amend Regulation 12 of the principal Regulations regarding the the conditions of permit for the landing in Barbados of any horse shipped from United Kingdom or a territory of CARICOM without the prescribed certificate. Furthermore, these Regulations replace the Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules of the Principal Regulations by the text in the Schedule to these Regulations.
