Résumé These Regulations amend the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 make provision in relation to Wales to give effect to: article 4 of Commission Decision 2002/153/EC, concerning certain protection measures with regard to foot-and-mouth disease in the United Kingdom, repealing Decision 2001/740/EC and amending for the eighth time Decision 2001/327/EC; and Commission Decision 2001/327/EC concerning restrictions to the movement of animals of susceptible species with regard to foot-and-mouth disease.
