These Regulations enter into force on 27 February 2002.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 make provision in relation to Wales to give effect to: article 4 of Commission Decision 2002/153/EC, concerning certain protection measures with regard to foot-and-mouth disease in the United Kingdom, repealing Decision 2001/740/EC and amending for the eighth time Decision 2001/327/EC; and Commission Decision 2001/327/EC concerning restrictions to the movement of animals of susceptible species with regard to foot-and-mouth disease.
