Part One gives definitions and sets general rules. Slaughterhouse construction, maintenance and operational procedures. Slaughterhouse personnel duties. Infected meat procedures. Sanitarian and veterinarian supervision, entry permits procedures. Part Two regards slaughtering procedures including pre-slaughtering medical inspections. Part Three regards the processing of slaughtered animal including veterinarian and laboratory inspection procedures, transportation procedures from the slaughterhouse, packaging and re-inspection operations.
