Sanitarian and veterinarian supervision, entry permits procedures. Part Two regards slaughtering procedures including pre-slaughtering medical inspections. Part Three regards the processing of slaughtered animal including veterinarian and laboratory inspection procedures, transportation procedures from the slaughterhouse, packaging and re-inspection operations.
