Résumé The Rules include the following: Chapter I, Preliminary; Chapter II,Consultants; Chapter III,Notification of Air Pollution Control Area; Chapter IV, Application for Consent; Chapter V, Authority to whom information is to be furnished; Chapter VI, Manner of taking Samples; Chapter VII, Report of Analysis; Chapter VIII, State Air Laboratory; Chapter IX, Directions. In the text is detailed the procedure to declare an Air Pollution control area, the definition of the boundaries involved and the publication of a notice in the most widely distributed local newspapers.Industries shall apply for a consent, a sort of official document relative to their compliance with air pollution prevention appliances, and shall be charged accordingly.Inspections shall follow the request of a consent granting, samples analisys shall be performed by the State Air laboratories and results notified to the competent Authority.
