Entry into force notes
This Act enters into force on 16 May 1981.
Resumen

The Rules include the following: Chapter I, Preliminary; Chapter II,Consultants; Chapter III,Notification of Air Pollution Control Area; Chapter IV, Application for Consent; Chapter V, Authority to whom information is to be furnished; Chapter VI, Manner of taking Samples; Chapter VII, Report of Analysis; Chapter VIII, State Air Laboratory; Chapter IX, Directions. In the text is detailed the procedure to declare an Air Pollution control area, the definition of the boundaries involved and the publication of a notice in the most widely distributed local newspapers.Industries shall apply for a consent, a sort of official document relative to their compliance with air pollution prevention appliances, and shall be charged accordingly.Inspections shall follow the request of a consent granting, samples analisys shall be performed by the State Air laboratories and results notified to the competent Authority. Forms (requesting consent on emission, Notice of inspection, etc. etc.)are attached to the text.
