It also regulates trade in endangered species. Particular provisions are laid down with respect to importation and exportation of wild fauna and flora, cetacean products, seals, moleskin and moleskin-based products. Further provisions deal with registration of endangered species. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) International trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora and other provisions concerning the protection of these species; (2) Amendments to the Act on requirements for imports and exports of endangered species of wild fauna and flora; (3) Amendments to the Act on the Protection of Nature and the Landscape; (3) Entry into force.
