Adopts the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the States Parties to the Bamako Convention on the Ban of the Import into Africa and the Control of Transboundary Movement and Management of Hazardous Wastes within Africa also referred to as the Bamako Convention annexed hereto. 2.Decides that Meetings of the Conference of Parties shall take place on a bi-‐annual basis.
