These approvals shall not be granted for experimental release or marketing of genetically modified organisms, if they contain genes which are resistant to antibiotics used in human or veterinary medicine. The marketing of such organisms shall be subject to approval submitted to the Ministry of Environmental and Food of Denmark and must include evidence on the matters set out in article 13 sections 2-4. The Ministry sets up a website where to register any approvals for experimental release and marketing of such genetically modified organisms, as well as granted authorizations by other EU member states (art. 10).
