Resumen This Law defines and regulates the human responsibility in terms of the protection and welfare of animals, such as keeping, housing and feeding, protection from torture, the protection of animals at the time of killing or slaughtering, protection from stress during transportation, protection of wildlife, issues regarding the abandoned animals, pets and laboratory animals, the establishment of ethical commissions and expert advice, as well as supervision and monitoring over the implementation of this Law on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
