Resumen

This Law establishes the basic principles of management of wild animals in the interests of the state and the society, acquisition and realization of the right of citizens and juridical persons of the Russian Federation to hunting (protection, repopulation and management of game) and determines the legal regulation of the relations pertaining to the aforesaid sphere. The document consists of 25 articles. Article 1 lays down the general provisions. Article 2 regards hunting reserves. Article 3 regards game. Article 4 regards hunting reserves. Article 5 concerns bio-technical arrangements. Article 6 regards participants in the sphere of hunting reserves and hunting. Article 7 establishes the conditions of the utilization of game. Article 8 deals with economic aspects of protection and management of wildlife species subject to hunting. Article 9 determines regulations of hunting. Article 10 regards right to hunting. Article 11 determines the modalities of issuing hunting permits for the citizens of the Russian Federation. Article 12 regards realization of the right to hunting by citizens. Article 13 regards deprivation of the citizens of the right to hunting. Article 14 determines the rights and the duties of the hunters-citizens of the Russian Federation. Article 15 regards concession of the hunting permit to foreign citizens and stateless persons. Article 16 regards realization of the right to hunting by foreign citizens and stateless persons. Article 17 regards the rights and the duties of hunters-foreign citizens and stateless persons. Article 18 regards concession of long-term use of game within the boundaries of hunting reserves to juridical persons. Article 19 regards the contents of long-term hunting license. Article 20 regards the contents of the contract of concession of the territory for hunting. Article 21 determines the rights and the duties of hunters. Article 22 establishes the rights and the duties of the Government of the Leningrad Region in the field of hunting and hunting management. Article 23 lays down the grounds for stopping the right to long-term use of hunting reserves and game. Article 24 regards state control in the field of hunting regulation. Article 25 determines the modalities of entry into force of the present Law.
