Abstract

This Law establishes the basic principles of management of wild animals in the interests of the state and the society, acquisition and realization of the right of citizens and juridical persons of the Russian Federation to hunting (protection, repopulation and management of game) and determines the legal regulation of the relations pertaining to the aforesaid sphere.
