Those activities include: disturbance of vegetation, dredging, dune stabilisation and earthworks. The Notice shall not apply to activities of a like nature carried out in the normal pursuit of agriculture or gardening or to activities approved under the Sea Shore Act, the Minerals Act, the Forest Act, the Nature Conservation Act or the Natal Nature Conservation Ordinance.
