Abstract

This Notice of the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, made under section 21 of the Environment Conservation Act, 1989, identifies in Schedule 1 activities that may have a detrimental effect on the environment in respect of areas included in Schedule 2, which form the Pennington Sensitive Coastal Area and Umtamvuna Sensitive Coastal Area.
