The guidelines consist on preventing the monitoring of Salmonella Dublin in cattle, on slaughter of Salmonella in fresh meat, on detection of critical resistant strains of salmonella, on the requirement of lab testing and reporting on findings thereof, as well as veterinarian responsibility for managing salmonellosis in herds.
