The Decree defines the following terms and limits their use according to the composition of the products: cocoa butter; chocolate; milk chocolate; dry milk solids; sugars; gianduja. The Decree concerns: permitted elements to be added during preparation of chocolate food and drink products; oils and vegetable fats and scientific designation of the plants from which the fats are extracted; specific information to the consumers; labelling and packaging of products.
