Resumen

This Decree concerns the sub-leasing of a fishing right, i.e. further leasing of a leased fishing right such leasing shall be done only with the approval of the county official in charge. It does not apply to cooperation agreements with the licence holder. In considering approval, the county official shall take into account the fishing possibilities in the area concerned and may attach conditions to approval of the sub-lease. Lease from an organization forming part of national sport fishing association or a local organization with at least 100 members does not require approval. Lease of fishing rights which does not require approval shall, however, be communicated to the county official in charge. (6 sections)
