Entry into force notes

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Resumen

This Regulation amends the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1368 regarding the obligation of the Member States for their modified programmes requiring approval by 15 March 2021 and the payments related to measures implemented from 1 August 2022 to 31 December 2022.
