Entry into force notes: This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Abstract: This Regulation amends the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1368 regarding the obligation of the Member States for their modified programmes requiring approval by 15 March 2021 and the payments related to measures implemented from 1 August 2022 to 31 December 2022.
