Seeds of tomato originating in third countries may not be imported unless they fulfill the requirements specified under point 1 of the Annex attached. They shall be subjected to inspection and test in accordance with article 13(1) (i) of Directive 2000/29/EC. Point 2 of the Annex sets out the conditions under which seeds of tomato originating in the Community may be moved within the Community.
