The labeling must be easily accessible, complete, clear, and incur no additional costs for the consumer. Additionally, the law regulates labeling for food sold remotely and for non-prepackaged items, requiring labeling on the remote sale medium or easily accessible and permanently available for remote sales, and on a sign or in close proximity for non-prepackaged items.
