Abstract

This Order, made by the Minister of Tourism and Arts in consultation with the Director of National Parks and Wildlife under section 30 of the Zambia Wildlife Act, 2015, lays down rules for uniforms and badges of wildlife officers and specifies what firearms may be used by a wildlife police officer, an honorary wildlife police officer and a community scout in performing any function under section 112 of the Act. The Department shall provide a wildlife police officer with a uniform for purposes of performing the functions specified in the Act. A wildlife police shall, in performing any function under the Act, wear the uniform prescribed in the First Schedule.
